Below the terms and conditions for [NOTHING] are stated. Please be aware that your use of our site and the purchase of our products obligates and bounds you to these terms.

SHIPPING

All sales are final as moment of purchase.

Prices do not include shipping, taxies and duties. All products are delivered with a confirmation number everywhere in the world. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders are shipped from London, England as soon as possible.

Unless stated otherwise on either email or website, all products are made to order. Due to this process, please allow one to two weeks for shipping.

RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds, trades or credit for any purchases unless the customer can provide proof of defect that is the fault of [NOTHING].

In the case of a product being defected, we ask that you provide proof in an email (to info@jaieleven.com) that includes a picture of the defect, this has to be within 5 days of date of delivery. Thus, we will determine if the customer is eligible for an exchange or refund, this will be done by responding to the email within two business days. The condition of the item must be unworn with all its original packaging and tags.

[NOTHING] reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defected products before authorising return.
[NOTHING] reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or duty fees. Upon inspection of the return we will process the exchange and you will be sent a confirmation email.

An order cannot be cancelled, if for any reason we are forced to refund we will keep processing fees by at least of 60%.

Customers bear the risks that the product may endure damage once dispatched by [NOTHING]. Once the product is dispatched by our trusted carrier we absolve ourselves of all responsibility towards loss or damage of your order. Responsibility is passed onto the customer with immediate effect.

If any provision of these general terms and conditions of sale is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, all other provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale remain fully applicable to anyone using this site or purchasing [NOTHING] products. These terms and conditions will be referred to and enforced to the full extent of the law.
